Why is my tobacco dry and what can I do about it? This is completely normal and can be easily resolved. Tobacco manufacturers dry the tobacco as a normal step in the manufacturing process. As tobacco is sold by weight, this works out nicely for the consumer; otherwise you'd be paying for a lot of unnecessary water weight. Just as it's done in tobacco shops (and recommended by the manufacturers), consumers can easily add moisture to the tobacco by simply spraying water from an every-day household spray bottle directly onto the tobacco in it's container (or even the bag, tin, or pouch that it came in). The moisture is almost immediately absorbed into the tobacco, and may be adjusted to suit your preference.

Why do shipping costs seem to fluctuate? Rather than offering flat-rate or reduced-rate shipping gimmicks (and raising the product prices to pay for it), we keep our prices low and pass on the real shipping charges. Customers are always provided a shipping quote at checkout and before the order is submitted, which comes real-time directly from the shipping carrier. Carriers frequently adjust their rates, based largely on the current fuel costs.
